We are seeking a Program Support Specialist 1 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.
Clearance/Citizen Type: Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Security clearance.

What you’ll do:
Work with Program Management and Project Leadership to manage and facilitate internal project processes and documentation. Perform responsibilities as focal point of reservations scheduling and space management. Integrate, develop, and manage queries and reports of various sets of informational data. Track internal project deliverables required for technical installation and testing, such as engineering drawings, inventory reports, test plans, quality assurance and evaluation forms, daily status reports, etc. Perform data entry and management of project equipment, devices, and related forms. Work and collaborate with management and engineering personnel to ensure procedural requirements have been met. Asist with the development and maintenance of procedural information, charts, user manuals, documents, and related information and data. Collect data and requirements for development of project-to-process and other related documentation in support of internal processes and production workflows. Develop internal processes training manuals and conduct internal processes employee training. Perform all other position related duties as assigned.Key Requirements:
A minimum of 6+ years of business experience with proven experience in a technical field with a high school diploma. High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience or 4+ with an Associates degree or 0-2+ years of experience with a Bachelors degree. Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Security clearance. Accuracy and attention to detail. Must be assertive. Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing. Must have strong multitasking skills. Must have strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, interaction with customer portals. Must have strong data querying, data analysis, and reporting skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; knowledge of MS SharePoint. Familiarity with databases a plus.
