Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Support Specialist for the department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Reporting to the Program Director with oversight from the Program Coordinator, the Program Support Specialist manages the Project ECHO operations. This individual coordinates all components of their assigned ECHO programs including: recruitment, onboarding, operations of the ECHO sessions (including technology, facilitation as needed), and analysis of the program’s effectiveness and data entry and analytics. The Program Support Specialist is also responsible for various marketing and outreach tasks related to increasing the program reach and engagement of Project ECHO participants.

Among the key duties of this position are the following: Assists Program Coordinator & Program Director with managing and overseeing day-to-day operations of administrative duties and ECHO clinics. Develops and maintains all project files for reporting to program sponsors. Coordinates all program related meetings with internal and external program team members. Acts as customer service liaison for all Project Echo clinics and participating providers. Onboards new ECHO participants through 1 on 1 discussion of the program, how to participate, how to use the technology and how to submit a patient scenario/case for discussion. Extends administrative support to others on an as needed basis. Assists in managing vendor contracts, deliverables and payments.  Maintains project milestone log on Excel, keeps current the status and due dates.
