Posting Summary Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Support Specialist at NJMS-Graduate Medical Education Graduate Medical Education.

The Program Support Specialist will report to the Program Administrator in ensuring compliance with Accreditation Council, institution, and program requirements. This position requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of GME policies and procedures. This position coordinates and performs administrative activities that support both NJMS and GME offices and Programs. This position liaises with the following entities within the scope of responsibility: Associate Dean of GME, Chair of GME Committees, GME Program Directors and Coordinators, NJMS Deans Office, NJMS Finance Office, and Rutgers Payroll Office as well as other relevant offices.

Among the key duties of the position are the following: Coordinates the housestaff reimbursement process Responsible for the registration of permits for all medical housestaff with the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners in accordance with NJ State statures and RBHS policies Coordinates the rotator housestaff onboarding process and the housestaff training verification process Responsible for the primary source verification of medical/dental school graduation for all incoming housestaff Position Status Full Time Hours Per Week Daily Work Shift Day Work Arrangement FLSA Exempt Grade 22S Position Salary 63,191 Annual Minimum Salary 60543.00 Annual Mid Range Salary 72444.00 Annual Maximum Salary 85865.00 Standard Hours 37.50 Union Description HPAE 5094 Payroll Designation PeopleSoft Benefits Rutgers offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
