Responsible for understanding and leading the demand and availability of services, best practice models in the industry and maintaining/promoting continuity of care for those we serve. The Team Lead is responsible for management of a caseload while utilizing the Housing First model and philosophy. This position will ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. The Team Lead will assist with training and orientation of new colleagues as directed by the Supervisor. The Team Lead will implement Pittsburgh Mercy/Bethlehem Haven program policies and procedures and, in addition to maintaining departmental policies, procedures and goals, will assure adherence to such by all colleagues working in Pittsburgh Mercy Homeless Housing Services. During the introductory period and annually thereafter, the Team Lead will complete core competency training.
