**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Master's in Human Services and 2 years of related leadership experience OR Bachelor's in Human Services and 4 years of homeless services, residential and crisis services delivery. An Associate degree in Mental Health and 5 years OR High School Diploma and 10 years of mental health experience is acceptable.
+ Valid Driver’s License
+ Able to drive an organization vehicle
+ Act 33/34/73 clearances
+ Pre-employment Drug Testing
**SCHEDULE:** (This is a non-exempt/hourly position)
Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. With some non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends) may be required, in order to meet needs of program/persons served.

**ABOUT THE ROLE:** The Homeless Services Housing Team lead will work closely with the Supervisor to maximize productivity, compliance adherence, departmental quality, financial stewardship and customer service. Responsible for understanding and leading the demand and availability of services, best practice models in the industry and maintaining/promoting continuity of care for those we serve. The Team Lead is responsible for management of a caseload while utilizing the Housing First model and philosophy. This position will ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. The Team Lead will assist with training and orientation of new colleagues as directed by the Supervisor. The Team Lead will implement Pittsburgh Mercy/Bethlehem Haven program policies and procedures and, in addition to maintaining departmental policies, procedures and goals, will assure adherence to such by all colleagues working in Pittsburgh Mercy Homeless Housing Services. During the introductory period and annually thereafter, the Team Lead will complete core competency training. All job functions shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and Pittsburgh Mercy’s philosophy, policies, procedures and standards.
