The Program Team Lead is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations supporting persons served with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This position is designed to ensure that quality services are provided to individuals and is responsible for monitoring and maintaining a safe physical site. Some details about the role include but are not limited to:
Assist, develop, implement, monitor, and update organization, unit, and site program goals and objectivesAttend Intellectual Disability Unit Meetings and other meetings as requiredPlan and manage cost efficiently including overtime costsABOUT YOU
