Create the daily production schedule and follow up actual production quantities, based on demand updates.Create the Weekly Schedule for Accessories, Services and RGA.Review Shortage reports and follow upon arrival dates. Adjusts daily schedules accordingly.Create monthly and weekly schedules.Open rep schedules. Purge not completed old schedules on a daily basis.Daily Review of the Master Production Schedule in order to update monthly, weekly and daily schedules if necessary.Prepare the Materials Weekly Report.Prepare the Materials Monthly Report.Ensure compliance and maintenance of ISO procedures.Coach, train and develop a cross functional team.Ensure alignment and collaboration between operations, planning and material.Design and implement process improvement with the scheduling department improving business performance.Backup to Master Scheduling functions (access database/month end process).Lead position in Nogales for Scheduling (review weekly/monthly production schedules/scheduling issues).Maintain/update daily/weekly/monthly production reports.Responsible for running daily production part shortage meeting.Follows up on delivery of Returnable packaging with sister plants as needed.
