Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Programmatic Manager in the heart of New York, New York. In this role, you will be overseeing the strategic direction of our programmatic campaigns while managing a team of associates and senior associates. You will also actively participate in programmatic buying and ensure the application of best practices in our programmatic advertising efforts. Responsibilities: • Oversee the strategic direction and execution of programmatic campaigns • Manage a team of associates and senior associates, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment • Ensure the application of best practices in all programmatic advertising efforts • Actively participate in programmatic buying, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness • Monitor and manage the use of tools like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon to drive campaign success. Requirements • Proven experience as a Programmatic Manager or similar role in digital marketing • Proficient understanding of programmatic advertising and its best practices • Demonstrated experience in programmatic buying and managing programmatic campaigns • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable plans • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of current trends and developments in online marketing • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Proficiency using various programmatic platforms • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
