We have a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our Integrated Airspace-protection Systems UK team in Belfast.

Key responsibilities:
Assume ultimate accountability for the projects being delivered under the programme
Monitor and control the performance of the programme using effective planning methodologies and appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs)
Report at senior business level on the performance of project and bid delivery.
Ensure a programme-wide strategy and vision is developed, maintained and well-communicated
Be the overall point of reference to ensure that key relationships are being effectively managed and that vital customer, industry and business knowledge and networks are being effectively utilised to deliver the projects.
Provide pro-active advice and direction to the project and bid management community within the programme.
Maintain an effective strategic relationship with the relevant product teams
About you:
Proven experience as a Project/Programme Manager, in a complex multi-faceted organisation within the defence, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
Excellent client and stakeholder management
The ability to provide strategic overview and direction to drive the successful delivery of projects across complex multi-faceted organisational and stakeholder boundaries.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to deal with customers, partners, suppliers and other parts of the business.
