Successful applicants will have:- Direct experience in analysis, design, programming, testing and supporting large scale system enhancements to web based applications in Microsoft/Windows platform. - Direct experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers.  - Ability to work and communicate well with all levels of IT coworkers and users.- Ability to analyze and evaluate a variety of data.- Experience working a team environment with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical- Ability to understand the value of IT solutions within the context of educational grant management
