Programmer Analyst

Description We are in search of a skilled Programmer Analyst to join our team in the service industry, located in Arlington, Texas. As a part of our team, your primary focus will be the design and development of software solutions, mainly in the Microsoft Technology Stack. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, providing the chance to engage in a diverse range of tasks from processing user requirements to testing and deployment of fully functional software systems.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in the complete software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Design and implement software verification plans as well as quality assurance procedures
• Create well-structured, testable code, adhering to industry standards
• Develop operational feasibility by producing specifications
• Integrate individual software components into a comprehensive software system
• Ensure up-to-date software by implementing latest features
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade pre-existing systems as required
• Deploy software programs and collect user feedback for evaluation
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of software functionality. Requirements • Ability to proficiently use .NET framework for software development.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL to manage and handle databases.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Stored Procedures for optimizing database operations.
• Proficiency in using NHibernate for object-relational mapping for data access.
• Prior experience in the Service industry, understanding its unique challenges and demands.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze programming issues and develop effective solutions.
• Fluent in multiple programming languages for versatility in problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills to effectively discuss technical issues with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for efficient debugging and code improvement.
• Display of a continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest programming trends and technologies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
