Job Summary
We are seeking an Senior technical Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow ITOM ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL. This role requires a hybrid work model and operates during the day shift. The candidate must be proficient in English both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Implement ITIL processes to enhance service management and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications to ensure minimal downtime.Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with organizational requirements.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations processes and procedures.Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and usage.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables.Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in all ServiceNow implementations.Qualifications
Must have strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM.Should be well-versed in ITIL processes and their implementation.Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Should possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Should have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Should have a strong understanding of system integration and data management.Must be able to provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.Should have experience in training and mentoring junior team members.Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.Certifications Required
