•OASAS will provide all necessary IT equipment.
Programmer-architect to provide programming and system design expertise to assist OASAS with ongoing IT projects that impact critical agency goals and initiatives and to support maintenance of mission-critical oracle and Java-based web applications.
The Contractor will supply one expert level programmer-architect (“Consultant”) for staff augmentation.
The Consultant will assist OASAS to:
•Support Existing Oracle Web Applications
•Develop New Web Applications.
•Evaluate Existing Oracle Applications, Identify and Propose Modernization Recommendations.
•Develop Project Plans for Implementation of Modernization of Applications.
•Manage Implementation of Modernization Projects.
•Mentoring, Knowledge Transfer and Transition.
The consultant must possess the following minimum qualifications:
•A minimum of five years overall experience in Oracle/Java development overseeing medium to large scale projects comprised of sub-projects and distinct deliverables.
•A minimum of eight years’ experience with Oracle application software including data analysis, systems analysis, process mapping, developing entity relationship diagrams, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation.
The consultant must be able to work with business and IT professionals and have had experience in areas identified above.
