Bally’s operates the Bally Live and Stadium sports streaming services. Bally Live is a free live streaming app that allows sports fans to engage with their favorite events in real-time while fostering interactive fan communities and earning rewards for activities. Stadium, a joint venture between Bally’s and Silver Chalice (owned by Jerry Reinsdorf, who also owns the Chicago Bulls and White Sox), is a free advertising-supported streaming (FAST) sports network distributed through partners such as Samsung TV Plus, Amazon Fire TV and Prime Video, Tubi, YouTube TV, and Fubo TV. Sports and events that Bally Live and Stadium broadcast include Minor League Baseball, Savannah Bananas, GLORY kickboxing, AVP Beach Volleyball as well as betting shows.

Well, what about the team?

The Programming Department at Stadium is a very dynamic and multi-faceted with responsibilities that include content acquisition, development, scheduling, and content strategy.

The Programming Manager at Stadium is responsible for implementing aspects of the monthly program schedule for multiple 24/7 genre based FAST channels, including program planning, research and development of monthly programming strategies for the channels so that the schedules fulfill all targeted goals (e.g. viewership and ad sales). The Programming Manager provides on-going communication with internal departments as well as external content suppliers and distribution partners.

So, what will you be doing? Building, distributing, and maintaining programming schedules for assigned channels Communicating programming priorities, schedules, and changes to the organization and external partners Tracking viewership performance metrics and communicating key insights internally and externally Implementing necessary changes in scheduling strategies based on metrics and industry trends Collaborating with senior leadership to identify new programming opportunities and maintain existing partnerships Assisting in launching new initiatives and tracking network acquisitions from other companies Managing programming documents for accurate reconciliation of commercial revenue Handling special projects as assigned And what are we looking for? Have experience working in a highly collaborative team environment Be customer service-oriented Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage a daily workload in a detail-oriented environment Be equally analytical and creative Be comfortable working in a deadline-driven department Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate excellent proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
