Then come to our \"Insanely Customer Centric\" Team and become a Certified International Specialist!\n\n\n\nOVERALL ROLE PURPOSE:\n\nTo address business issues and improve business processes through provision of IT solution planning. projects manage and working with country, regional and global team.\n\n\n\nYOUR TASKS:\n\n\n\n\n\tTo collect country functional userrequirements.\n\tTo capture and identify SEA country requirements to with core applications.\n\tTo monitor the progress of localrequirement implementation.\n\tTo provide cost justifiable solutions via local development. outsourcing or package acquisition where local requirements cannot be met by proprietary business application(with agreement of GIS, Cyberjaya).\n\tReduction of footprint of localapplications in SEA.\n\tCarry out anytask that is required by his or her superiors from time to time.\n\tContract negotiation, problem escalation, etc.\n\tTo continuously review businessdirection, business processes and available applications through:\n\t\n\t\tBusiness needs analysis in the context of regional and country direction.\n\t\tDetermination of appropriate IS system solutions, including evaluation for futurereleases of proprietary software.\n\t\tTo formulate and adhere to IT processes (CR/IR/RTP).\n\t\tEscalation of core apps GAPS to regional office and seek suitable enhancements/alternatives.\n\t\n\t\n\n\n

YOUR PROFILE:\n\n\n\tDegree in Information Services/Business (or equivalent)\n\t5 years IS and business experience, preferably in logistics industry.\n\tExcellent in Communication skills (English), both inspoken and written.\n\tExhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.\n\tAnalyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues.\n\tWell-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.\n\tTechnical expertise in:\n\t\n\t\tAll of DHL's proprietary core business applications\n\t\tExisting local developments\n\t\tUnix Operating System (depending on local applications)\n\t\tInformix 4GL and Database (depending on local applications)\n\t\tInternet / Web technologies (php.
