Direct Hire position$23.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Develop, implement & maintain innovative programming that meets the needs of the at-risk, runaway/homeless & foster youth in Klamath CountyServe on the Management Team & participate in Community Action CommitteesAssist in grant writing and participate in contract negotiations as applicableMonitor and manage all areas of program operationsPrograms Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher and/or 5+ years of management/supervisory experienceKnowledge of accounting and budgetingHighly proficient in written & oral communication skillsHighly proficient in computer programs; especially Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multi-taskMUST have valid OR driver's license and meet auto insurance requirementsApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
