Summary: 

 

Plans, monitors and manages internal programs from initiation through completion | Leads or coordinates programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and indirect people management | Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions | Responsibilities are within the Project Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

Major Position Responsibilities Has P&L responsibilities for a specific program.Implements and administers one or more corporate programs, typically consisting of multiple programs or sub-programsExecutes programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customersParticipates in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performancePromotes the program throughout the organization and tracks utilizationSupervises the work of program or project staff to ensure that work in completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specificationsEvaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metricsEnsures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulationsProvides reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree OR equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience2-4 years experience relevant to the positions functional area

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to develop and mentor othersManagement skillsOral and written communication skillsAbility to build collaborative relationshipsDetail orientedAbility to meet deadlinesProject management skills

Other Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time

Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential

Less than 25% travel likely
