Preferred Experience Includes:

Proficiency in proposal development and pricing analysis, including cost estimation and pricing strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.Experience with program controls, including project scheduling, material management, and financial analysis.Strong knowledge of material planning concepts, inventory management, and supply chain processesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying proposals, project status, and recommendations to stakeholdersAbility to develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.Familiarity with government contracts and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems for material planning. Major Position Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Provides administrative support to one or more corporate programs, typically consisting of multiple programs or sub-programs.Assists programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.Promotes the program throughout the organization and assists with tracking utilization. Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations. Compiles statistics for reports and updates to management or other stakeholders.Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Ability to build collaborative relationships. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.
