Responsibilities: * The Project Accountant will develop and manage project budgets in collaboration with project managers * Prepare forecasts and financial models * Track costs and analyze variances from the budget * Generate regular financial reports to provide insight * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Prepare and issue invoicing to clients * Ensure timely collection of receivables and follow up on outstanding payments * Assist with audits * The Project Accountant will collaborate and communicate financial information with other departments to align with project goals * Identify trends, risks and opportunities related to project financials * Maintain accurate and organized financial records related to projects
