Description We are in the construction industry, located in Dallas, Texas, and are on the lookout for a Project Accountant. As a Project Accountant, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing diverse aspects of accounting, including vendor communication, contract administration, and credit card reconciliation, among others. Responsibilities: • Carry out the process of job cost or project reconciliations. • Administer contracts, lien waivers, and insurance. • Undertake vendor maintenance and communication, inclusive of 1099 reporting. • Manage the process of credit card reconciliation. • Oversee accounts receivable. • Handle the task of package receiving. • Play an active role in accounts payable. • Demonstrate proficiency in using accounting software, Adobe Acrobat, and occasional use of Excel & Word. • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
