Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry for a Project Accountant based in Windsor, Connecticut. As a Project Accountant, you will be at the forefront of managing and maintaining our financial records, processing applications, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Manage and maintain precise customer credit records • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary • Utilize Accounting Software Systems for maintaining records • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with precision • Engage in auditing activities to ensure financial compliance • Use Deltek and Deltek Vision for project management and accounting purposes • Leverage ADP - Financial Services for payroll and HR services • Operate Costpoint for project accounting, billing, and project planning • Employ 'About Time' for mobile time tracking and management of field resources.
