Project (Admin) Manager
**Job Requisition ID #** 24WD82317 **Responsibilities:** Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. May serve as a point of contact for the client or customer. Program Manager on programs or projects implemented to optimize the lead flow across all functional teams and sales/marketing technologies (Marketo, SFDC, Outreach, etc.). Act as a thought partner to senior leadership to drive strategy around Lead Management processes and definitions with end-to-end ownership from ideation to goal attainment. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements that drive improvements to the Marketing & Sales productivity, addressing root causes. Own the partnership with cross functional teams (Sales, CSO, Marketing, MOT, Sales Enablement, etc.) to drive key business initiatives and influence the roadmap. Partner with Demand Generation and Business Operations teams to provide valuable insights into lead management to drive strategic initiatives and data-driven decision making. Model and simulate improvements to existing business processes, walking through ‘what if’ scenarios and dry runs to identify and resolve gaps prior to implementation. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Telecommuting is permitted. **Minimum Requirements** : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field and eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a management/analyst-related occupation. Telecommuting is permitted. **Special Requirements** : Position requires at least eight (8) years of experience in each of the following skills: + Strong knowledge of marketing practices, including demand generation, lead nurturing, content marketing and digital marketing. + Ability to work with stakeholders both internally and externally to gather business requirements, drive optimization and process improvements that support the company revenue goal + Highly proficient in Sales & Marketing tools such as Salesforce.com, Hubspot & Marketo. + Ability to perform analysis and create dashboards, utilizing Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools as well as tools like PowerBI Position requires at least three (3) years of experience in each of the following skills: + The ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, including timelines, resources and change management + Identify data patterns that need improvement with processes + Work with external vendors to build/optimize tools and strategy Learn More     **About Autodesk**   Welcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $163,571 - $175,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
