Project Administrator (24 months)

As our Project Administrator, you will ensure accurate project administration through data quality and accuracy in business systems by collaborating closely with project collaborators, supporting European project managers with project data and progress reporting, or with project administration tasks.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

Provides support to project managers (FSO and iCenter); Creates the report after which the budget is allocated for the establishment of revenues and costs within the Time & Expense projects; Ensures that the project is correctly configured in the system, and the financial plans are registered and updated accordingly in the financial system; Participates in project meetings, both related to factory projects and European projects; Collaborates closely with project managers and other support teams to obtain relevant details for project delivery; Offers support in cost planning, estimates, resource management and documentation for iCenter projects; Monitors the progress of the projects and proactively communicates with the team any changes to the project that may have an impact on our commitment to the client; Periodically reviews projects together with project managers (both FSO and iCenter), risk identification, ensuring that the project budget is updated based on the most recent estimate. Collaboration with project managers (FSO and iCenter) to ensure the correctness of the budget in the system and the tracking of gross profit; Timely monitoring of the financial circuit within the project, including the outstanding parts together with the financial department;

For This Role, You Will Need:

 

Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Administrator. Proven expertise and active involvement in process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

 

Knowing another language is an advantage. Familiarity with Oracle and Clarity Toolbox.
