Project Administrator
Overview The Project Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to assisting the Projects teams with administrative duties including daily internal reporting and preparation of external communications. Responsibilities Ensure forms are available for the Projects teams as required. Maintains calendar of events and dates for location. Schedules meetings for location. Orders supplies for location. Tracks Time and Material items for monthly billings. Collects data and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Prepares internal and external communications for project site / team as required. For project site, collects hours and project site information and enters the information. and hours worked into time keeping software for hourly project craft employees. Assists Project Team with administrative support as required. Other duties as assigned by manager or project team Qualifications Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a construction environment preferred. Associate’s degree in business or related field is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to stay current on software and hardware that can benefit company. Initiative-taking, and meticulous. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must have excellent time management abilities. Ability to read and process documents such as contracts and bid documents, statistical reports, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Communicate effectively in written and verbal correspondence. Prioritize tasks in accordance with urgency. Must possess a willingness to accept and follow the direction of others.Produce routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively with general management, customers, vendors, visitors, or employees of organization.
