Track subcontracts. Purchase and track materials, as well as coordinate delivery. Facilitate all new hire onboarding. Responsible for running on-site orientation. Coordinate meeting times Receive incoming phone calls. Other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications WHAT YOU OFFER EDUCATION: Associate degree preferred or equivalent studies/experience. EXPERIENCE: Must Have Previous Construction Experience Strong administrative, computer, organization and communication skills required.
