Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to capital projects, including managing project folders, vendor proposals, scopes of work, and processing purchase orders (POs).Assist with capital project lifecycle, including managing change orders, warranty documentation, drawings, closeout procedures, and credential management for Operations & Maintenance (O&M).Support the Capital Evergreening Program by maintaining asset inventories in Maximo, scheduling lifecycle upgrades, and tracking project progress.Perform administrative duties related to Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), including tracking alarms, documenting evidence, and assessing physical security measures at substations.Assist with compliance requirements by ensuring documentation and processes are up-to-date.Handle invoice coding and processing for capital projects and ensure proper financial tracking.Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage data, track progress, and generate reports.Adapt to evolving responsibilities, remaining flexible and open to new duties as the role expands over time.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including corporate teams and small entities across different geographic regions, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship-building.Assist with other duties as required in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a project administration or support role, with strong organizational skills and an understanding of project management practices.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data tracking, analysis, and reporting.Ability to navigate and adapt to a complex organizational structure, with strong relationship-building skills across various teams and locations.Process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Self-driven and accountable, with a flexible and adaptable approach to evolving tasks and responsibilities.Experience in capital projects, critical infrastructure protection, or physical security industries is considered an asset.Familiarity with asset management systems such as Maximo is preferred.Oil and gas experience is beneficial but not required.Available to start within the next 2-3 weeks and able to work in a hybrid model in Edmonton or Calgary.
