Job Title: Project Administrator

Job Description

Our client is looking for an intermediate Project Administrator with experience on construction projects. This role involves providing essential administrative support to the project management team, managing various administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth project operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction administration and project-specific administration along with 7-12 years of experience, good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP knowledge considered an asset, relevant experience with JD Edwards or similar will be considered), and the ability to work independently and own tasks from start to finish. Day to day duties will include creating spreadsheets, managing SharePoint, handling travel arrangements, inputting information into SAP, and addressing the requirements of the project management team. This role may require travel to the US although this will not be regular.

The role will work alongside two other project administrators and report to the project management team. This is a flexible position, with the option to work two days from home (Monday and Friday) and three days in the office. The office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The role will be based in the Calgary office and may extend for up to five years. This position offers a mix of independent work and collaboration with the project management team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.60 - $43.20
