In the role of Project Administrator, we'll count on you to:Take responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative and accounting functionsWork independently to effectively manage complex project- and executive-level paper and electronic files, documents and recordsCompose and develop correspondence and reportsManage project insurance mattersApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures, and independently monitor for quality assuranceManage project documents and filesAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures and guidelinesOrganize and coordinate meetings, and assist with presentationsWork with complex contracts and sub-agreementsTrack and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedulesActively participate in project reviewsExhibit professionalism with clientsWork closely with multiple Project Managers and project teamsExercise good judgement and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functionsHandle client invoicing, manage collections, complete project budgets and ensure compliance with project contractual obligations as neededOversee activities of other administrative project support staff as neededPerform other duties as neededDue to client contract requirements, US born US citizenship is required.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree A minimum of 5 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $69,000 - $84,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
