Your efforts will contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCustomer Advocacy: Collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering teams to support all projects in your markets, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.\nInvoice Management: Resolve past due invoices promptly to maintain healthy financial operations.\nProject Coordination: Handle project booking and billing efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely processing.\nPreliminary Notices: Execute preliminary notices as required to comply with project requirements.\nE-commerce Support: Assist with transactional orders for e-commerce, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.\nDocument Management: Manage project documents, contacts, and budgets, maintaining organized and accessible records.\nCredit Checks: Implement customer credit checks to mitigate financial risks.\nMeeting Participation: Attend and actively participate in project meetings, contributing to discussions and decision-making processes.\nProject Monitoring:\n\nMilestone Tracking: Monitor project milestones and action items, ensuring timely communication with relevant parties.\nBudget Oversight: Communicate with appropriate parties to ensure projects remain within budget, providing updates and addressing any issues promptly.\nQualifications:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.81
