**The Opportunity:**
CACI has an opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Program Management Office (PMO) Team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will provide project administrative operations support and coordination to multiple projects within a business group. This is a hybrid role with on-site responsibilities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate directly with the PM to effectively execute daily operations, mission, goals, and objectives of the programs.
+ Demonstrate strong communication and mitigation skills by proactively engaging with customers.
+ Monitor program staff as well as engage with employees to make decisions to resolve questions and concerns.
+ Assist with coordinating all TDY and PCS tasks.
+ Consolidate and submit financial deliverables.
+ Monitor and reconcile all program credit cards monthly.
+ Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities of program personnel within Workday system.
+ Facilitate transfers, status changes, salary adjustments, military pay adjustments, etc. by understanding company policies and practices.
+ Create Job Requisitions based on company policies.
+ Request organization, location codes, and charge numbers from finance as needed.
+ Prepare Security Forms and send to Security.
+ Prepare travel accommodation authorization forms and provide travel and relocation assistance.
+ Perform reconciliation of company credit card activity.
+ Assist with Expense Reports and explain the policies and practices needed to process expense reports.
+ Compile weekly reports with data provided by Program Managers for the Executive Director.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Five years of demonstrated experience providing project support in a professional environment.
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
+ Experience with making business travel arrangements.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrated experience working with a team.
+ Ability to identify, define, and address problems as they arise.
_Desired:_
+ Experience with DoD customers.
+ Travel arrangement experience in guidelines as established by the JTR

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
