Summary
This role oversees the coordination and communication of our projects across Tomoana manufacturing site. The role will collaborate with the project Engineers to progress budget and deadlines, coordinate payment schedules for vendors and subcontractors, monitor each phase to ensure the project remains within financial guidelines, and process expense reimbursements.
The Project Administrator will be responsible for generating detailed reports and present auditing documentation when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the site’s Communication Boards related to Progress of Projects ‘with the wider Operations teams.
Close liaison with the Manufacturing Planning teams to be established.
Wok closely with the site controller and supply chain capex lead.
Review and report project budget and deadlines with project teams.
Monitor project to ensure it meets budget guidelines and escalate when necessary.
Generate accounting reports at the end of the project.
Oversee auditing of project financials when necessary.
Raise purchase orders in SRM.
Weekly reporting on project budgets.
Responsible for all project administrative duties, eg. raising purchase orders in SRM, processing and following up with Supplier invoices etc.
About you
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project / change management role ideally in an FMCG operations role
Previous stakeholder management experience – competent at communicating at all levels.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Computer literacy to being proficient at least to Excel and Word level
