As our next Project Administrator, you will be responsible for administrative duties providing support to New Business Solutions area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conduct analysis, feasibility and effectiveness of diverse projects, and the identification of and solution to problem areas.Information automation-maintenance to reportsPerform the preliminary calculation of the payroll for the operational staff of the area and man-hours trackingIncentive creation for technical team and subcontractors

What do you need to be successful?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, Business administration or related

Experience with preliminary calculation of payroll

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables and calculation)

Proficient in SAP or related

Intermediate English level (able to speak it)

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to conduct research and gather information from various sources.

Ability to analyze financial information

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
