In the role of Project Administrator, we will count on you to:

Take responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative and construction support activitiesSupervise other administrative project support staff as neededWork independently to effectively manage complex project- and executive-level paper and electronic files, documents, and recordsDevelop and edit correspondence and reportsApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures, and independently monitor for quality assuranceAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures, and guidelinesOrganize and coordinate meetings, take notes, and assist with presentationsWork with complex contracts and sub-agreementsTrack and monitor project budgets, workloads, and schedulesActively participate in project reviewsExhibit professionalism with clients and coworkersWork closely with, provide support to, and collaborate with multiple Project Managers and project teamsExercise good judgement and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functionsPerform other duties as needed

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in engineering or construction project delivery administrative supportTechnical editor experience

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree A minimum of 5 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Washington : $54,096.00 - $77,280.00
