As a Project Administration Lead your focus will be leading a team Project Administrators responsible for supporting the Project Managers within Pacific Region.  This opportunity can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.  

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Project Managers and other professionals in Finance, Sourcing, Contracts and administration on project executionDrive regular engagement with Project Management Leaders to identify challenges and address timelyAttend leadership meetings and address any concerns or provide any necessary updates with regards to process changesImplement and/or improve standard operating processes and proceduresDefine, develop and drive process improvements and/or productivity improvements through Kaizen tool

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Work experience as Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar roleKnowledge of Project Management software and SAPStrong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiationAbility to work on multiple projects and effectively manage prioritiesExpertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint and Word
