Project Administrator (Network Infrastructure Projects) (Contract) (CPT)

They are seeking a Project Administrator to support management, technical managers, and project managers in coordinating and assisting with network infrastructure projects. This role involves stakeholder engagement, managing project documentation, and contributing to the planning of more complex network-related initiatives.   DUTIES: Key Responsibilities: Provide project administration support to management and project teams. Assist with planning, documentation, and coordination of network infrastructure projects. Maintain project records, update organisational tools, and track deliverables. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and follow-ups. Support stakeholder engagement and liaise with internal and external parties. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and project governance.   REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years of project administration experience in network infrastructure projects. Education: A qualification at NQF Level 4 or higher, with relevant certifications or courses in project administration, ICT, or network infrastructure.   Skills: Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to coordinate complex infrastructure projects. Excellent documentation and administrative abilities.  Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software.
