Project Analyst, UPMC Children's Foundation

The UPMC Children's Hospital Foundation is hiring a Project Analyst who will be a key operational member of the Foundation Data Center Team. This role is essential to the successful implementation and long-term support of various systems and data integrity projects within the foundation. The Project Analyst will play a crucial role in assisting the Director in teaching, process mapping, and ensuring seamless operation of all applications used by the foundation. Additionally, this role involves working closely with the Director of the Data Center, Systems and Estate Administrator, along with the Foundation Finance team, to assist in month-end revenue closeout. **Responsibilities:** + Provide higher level support within the Foundation's constituent database system Raisers Edge; assist with month-end closing, audit preparation, and data integrity projects, etc. + Ability to use Raiser's Edge, the Foundations constituent database, to enter, process, query, export and import data as needed. + Gain expertise in projects related to data integrity and data enrichment. + Serves as a back-up to the Director of the Data Center and other team members such as gift processors. + Provide system support for all new and existing applications implemented under the Data Center umbrella such as but not limited to; ThankView, Double the Donation, Omatic List Management, Engaging Networks, Donor Search Aristotle, SimplePhi Data Warehouse, etc. + Assist in new process development as it pertains to Raiser's Edge and other Data Center systems. + Other duties as assigned. + Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or high school diploma plus 5 years of experience. + Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet and database software, like Raisers Edge. + Must be very organized and deadline conscious. + Project Management knowledge and ability to manage multiple, complex, large-scale projects. + Additional Qualities desired: Minimum of four years of experience in operations. + Experience in non-profit administration preferred. + Excellent computer skills required, including Access, Excel, Microsoft Project, and other pertinent computer software packages. + Strong management, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written). + This position requires effective planning and organizational skills. + This person must have the ability to perform planning for large initiatives/projects, managing all tasks required to providing services to meet client and business needs within budget and targeted deadlines. + Preferred proficiency with Blackbaud products, like Raiser's Edge and Luminate Online. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:** + Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal + Act 33 with renewal + Act 34 with renewal + Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal **UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran**
