Project Analyst Ft. Belvoir, VA Join our Talent Network Project Analyst Ft. Belvoir, VA C-CHR-24-035 TheProject Analystwill assist with the daily operation and management of the office. Duties and Responsibilities: + Prepare briefing materials, papers, program plans, and other administrative materials. + Assist with the technical writing of contract documentation for Directorate Departments. + Provide technical review of documents. + Assist with tracking military and civilian personnel evaluations, recognition, awards, and other requirements. + Assist with planning, organizing, executing, documenting, and pre/post-support of workshops, training, conferences, and meetings. + Oversee calendars, taskers, deadlines, and office distribution. + Maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, wiki pages, web parts, sites, and sub-sites. + Assist with tracking, monitoring, and responding to tasking and expenses. + Assist with initiating and managing government/contractor travel requests and authorizations. Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree related to Information Technology field of study. + 2+ years of experience coordinating and/or supporting IT business processes. + Must have PMP certification. + ITIL Agile-SCRUM certifications preferred. + Secret clearance Tier 3 investigation required.
