Syntelligent is seeking a Project Analyst for upcoming, contingent 100% REMOTE work supporting a government customer.

***This position is contingent upon contract award***

Summary: 

The Project Support Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating project management, strategic planning, data management strategy, technical assistance, and continued program support within the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Office of Response and Readiness, Division of State and Local Readiness (DSLR). They will provide leadership support, coordinate division-wide programs, and ensure effective communication among various stakeholders.  

Location:  This position is 100% Remote 

Key Responsibilities:  Project Management  Provide project leadership support and operational effectiveness.  Coordinate division-wide program coordination and communication for change management processes.  Collaborate with operational timelines involving input from other CDC Centers, Institutes, and Offices (CIOs).  Track project progress and report status for all branches and external partners.  Manage standardized project plans for various programmatic areas and activities.  Strategic Planning and Organizational Design  Facilitate development of division and branch level strategic plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.  Assess the impact of strategic plans on current and future organizational design.  Assist in planning sessions and draft planning documentation.  Support execution of strategies through monitoring and reporting.  Develop strategic/project plans based on the (Public Health Emergency Preparedness) PHEP Lifecycle.  Data Management Strategy and Visualization  Evaluate current data management processes and systems and propose recommendations for improvement.  Assist in the development of various reports and products.  Technical Assistance  Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive technical assistance strategy.  Assist in various training initiatives and the development of a Community of Practice strategy and platform.  Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in strategy development and planning sessions.  Continued Program Support and Development  Provide support for program requests and ongoing program operations.  Assist in the PHEP Cooperative Agreement Program (CoAg) process for the next Project Period.  Manage issues, project planning, and documentation.  Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience.  Preferred:   Experience supporting emergency preparedness and response missions.    Online applications only, please. 

The likely salary range for this position is $19.00 an hour. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, spot bonuses, and program-specific awards. In addition, Syntelligent provides a variety of benefits to all our Full-Time employees.
