Project Analyst

In order to support their production, we are hiring a **Data Analyst** to systematically collect, process, and perform analyses on data sets on a **contractual basis** . Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases. Interprets data, analyze results, determine gaps, and provide ongoing reports. A **non-traditional benefits package** including a **compensation range of $24-26 an hour, medical and vision benefits that can cover dependents.** A company culture characterized by **exceptional care for our employees** . **A remote work environment supporting east coast hours.** You will report to our client’s Project Manager. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collecting data from various sources + Streamlining data collection methods to create automated and easy-to-use routines + Utilizing existing databases and data systems + Maintaining databases and data systems by addressing errors and monitoring performance + Analyzing collected data and putting it into a format that others can easily interpret + Interpreting data trends and patterns as they relate to the organization + Preparing reports for organizational leadership to use in a business setting + Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion + Provide quality assurance of imported data + Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization. + Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports. + Training end-users on new reports and dashboards. + Track and report performance of key metrics **Competencies (knowledge, skills, and behaviors):** **Function/Technical:** + Technical writing skills + Basic Project Management Skills & Practices + Create graphs utilizing Microsoft Excel + Crafting presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings **Experiences/Education:** **Required** + Must be above average in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access + Work experience as a data analyst + Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in the SAP + Experience participating in cross-functional teams **Desired** + Associates degree in Business or Technical field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
