Wireline Telecom underground construction experience a must! Data analytics experience is mandatory, Advanced Excel user is mandatory, Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, PowerBi experience/ other data visualization tools preferred, Previous experience coordinating telecom projects is preferred & GIS experience is a plus but not mandatory. Responsibilities The Project Analyst will be responsible for a full range of activities to ensure the profitability throughout a project's lifecycle. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop processes and tools for rigorous KPI and task compliance review Evaluate KPI's throughout the lifecycle and recommend corrective actions Convert high volumes of data and into meaningful and actionable reporting Researches and responds to inquiries and makes referrals to appropriate resources, acts as liaison for department. Assist in enforcing task compliance controls around project performance Ensure schedule and deliverable processes are occurring in a timely and consistent manner Prepare monthly management reports and analysis Handle other projects as assigned Qualifications About You: You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work Are proficient in Microsoft office suites. Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills. You follow instructions, respond to management direction, and keep commitments. Strong leadership and project management skills. Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives.
