Responsibilities include:

Assisting in the development of project schedules and timelines, tracking progress and reporting on key performance metrics. Assisting project managers with scheduling, tracking cost, and supporting procurement. Providing analytical support for project planning and execution, including the identification and mitigation of risks. Preparing project documentation, briefings, and reports for stakeholders and decision-makers. Facilitating meetings, coordinating project activities, and ensuring alignment among project teams. Maintaining databases and project management tools to provide visibility into project status and resources. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and enhance project processes. Supporting the financial management of projects, including budget tracking and resource allocation.
