The Project Analyst will provide critical support for the QA Web application sustainment effort by analyzing data, preparing reports, and coordinating project activities. This role ensures timely data-driven insights and smooth execution of project tasks.

Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.Analyze project performance data and provide actionable insights.Prepare and distribute bi-weekly status reports and other project documentation.Assist in managing SharePoint repositories, ensuring data accuracy and version control.Coordinate requirements gathering and validation sessions to align with VA operational needs.Support integration, regression, and user acceptance testing efforts.Track compliance with VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness training requirements.Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action item logs, and schedules.Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Required Experience/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project analysis or coordination.Familiarity with federal IT projects, particularly within the VA.Experience using project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to synthesize data into meaningful reports and presentations.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
