Project Analyst

Job Summary
Designs, develops, and implements marketing projects, platforms, and strategies to support Avient's products, services, and/or industry sectors. With the collection and application of data, this position will assist the Marketing function in creating, delivering, and maintaining effective tools and processes for Sales, Marketing, and Technology functions, personnel or/and projects. Full internal/external support of the Key Account Manager’s, Sales persons and customers to ensure proper delivery of all aspects of the Avient and Colorworks value proposition as it relates to supporting our customer needs. Full internal/external support of the Key Accounts Manger's, Sales and customers to ensure proper delivery of all aspects of the Avient Colorworks value proposition as it relates to supporting our customer needs.  

Essential Functions 

Provides Utilization and Improvements of Organizational Programs, Strategies, and Processes. Entering TAR’S in the system, placing PO for projects and Contact communication and coordination with customers and key account managers for project deliveries. Identifying common themes, trends, and opportunities. Applying feedback for continuous improvement. SAP. Participating in project assessment and prioritization. Supporting roadmap executions for new or existing programs. Ensure programs and strategies connect to overall organizational goals and are scalable for future growth. Develop comprehensive training materials and other change management collateral as appropriate for specific initiatives. Ability to lead engagements, facilitate meetings, drive project timelines and influence stakeholders to ensure best practice feature deployments. Develop, maintain, and navigate cross-functional relationships with Corporate and BU stakeholders. Remain informed of process and program developments and release updates; evaluate and prioritize opportunities for future. Develop expertise in business reporting, communication, and analytical tools. Generates and monitors effectiveness of business sales reporting tools and processes. Assists with the planning of related meetings and communications. Prepare “Reach” documentation for European shipments. Sample/chip review prior to shipment to converter/OEM. Plans and delivers training for new hires and refresher training for associates. Serves as a member of the best practices center and continuously monitors those standards. Keep a track of project progress and update it in system. Monthly reporting to Colroworks Manager for all the projects, customers and numbers. Other duties as assigned. #LI-CB1
