Project Analyst
Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the intake, management, and resolution of store maintenance and signage requests. This corporate-based role will serve as the first point of contact for store-submitted tickets, requiring critical thinking to assess, route, or resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage high ticket volumes, and experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions. Additional responsibilities include:  Collaborate with third-party vendors, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate repairs, signage updates, and maintenance requests.  Communicate effectively with store teams, providing updates and resolution guidance.  Maintain vendor relationships and ensure work orders, invoices, and documentation are processed accurately.
