Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities We are seeking a Project Management Analyst III to join our U.S./UK Joint Program team in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will provide you the opportunity to support U.S./UK Joint Program technical meetings. You will be responsible for meeting organization, execution, and completion. Additionally, you will be the liaison for UK Mutal Defense Agreement (MDA) and Polaris Sales Agreement (PSA) export control requirements and tracking. You will assist in classified meeting scheduling, organization and execution, and provide backup support for the other technical groups, as required. The ideal candidate for this position should be comfortable interfacing with high-ranking customer counterparts and should be able to determine appropriate courses of action to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Become dedicated point of contact for all meeting management and logistics between the U.S. and UK government and their contractors Coordinate and host technical program meetings and prepare summaries and/or minutes afterwards Understand technical verbatim and high-level systems engineering concepts Perform required administrative tasking as required by the contract Document, track, and report on technical program meeting action items Understand and manage transmissibility reporting for all atomic information to foreign governments Track and support electronic file transmission for various meetings and briefings Review unclassified and classified documents to ensure there are no classification issues Periodically write technical reports and other technical documentation, as required by the contract Perform other duties in support of the customer, as required Must be willing/able to travel domestically/internationally in accordance with customer meeting requirements Qualifications Required Experience: A BS/BA in a technical field (Science or Engineering) or in a Business/English field and 5+ years of related experience Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical issues to senior leaders 3+ years demonstrated experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, program management, budget analysts, logisticians) Experienced problem solver with demonstrated capability solving complex multi-disciplinary problem sets with solutions that achieve multiple stakeholder objectives within program constraints. Possess strong written and oral skills Demonstrated experience with organization, logistics, and general meeting management Demonstrated experience in technical writing and report curation Display strong communication with customers on a daily basis Experience creating meeting materials and working with a large team Desire to grow in your career with a diverse team Able to work both independently and as a member of a team Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Must POSSESS and be able to maintain a Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance Desired Experience: An MS or MA in a technical field (Science or Engineering) or in a Business/English field and have 3+ years of related experience 3+ years of experience working with integrated multi-disciplinary teams across DoD and DOE enterprise and international forums Demonstrated understanding of government enterprises Experience with Navy SLBM missile and reentry body programs Experience working in a classified environment and with security-related operations Familiar with the design and military utilization of nuclear weapons Familiar with treaty and agreements related to the U.S./UK nuclear cooperation Granted a Top Secret and a DOE Q clearance Equal Pay Act This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
