Project Analyst Intern (3319)at SMX(View all jobs) (https://www.smxtech.com/careers/) Camp Smith, HI SMX is seeking an entry-level Project Analyst to assist in planning, overseeing and leading projects originating from the INDOPACOM organization. This position requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, both civilian and contractor specifically supporting the INDOPACOM J6 Directorate. This position requires a high level of written and verbal communication skills, a capacity to perform in high stress situations, the ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously, and a high level of attention to detail. This position requires a DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one which requires US citizenship for work on a DoD contract. This position is a temporary, full-time position to be performed June – August 2024 **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Assist J6 Project Managers with the coordination and execution of multiple projects in line with designated deadlines + Prepare and update project plans and status reports + Assist with the preparation of project documentation and deliverables + Coordinate cross-functional meetings of personnel related to projects and J6 operations + Communicate effectively across all levels of management + Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions **Required Skills, Experience & Education** + Ability to obtain DoD Secret + Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to use Microsoft Office programs and other relevant technology applications **Desired Skills, Experience & Education** + Current student seeking B.A. / B.S. degree, preferably in Junior or Senior year + The ideal candidate will be goal oriented and action focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined + Able to effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities and possess excellent time management skills \#LI-AP1 #CJPOST At SMX®, we are a team of technical and domain experts dedicated to enabling your mission.
