What this job involves

This position will act as an inhouse Project and churn manager, work within a corporate client’s office to liaise with different departments for their requirement of workspace to enable them to fulfil their business goal. The role in its nature is proactive and focused on the details in client experience, adopt Human Centered Design approach to modify and enhance workspace to serve the purpose of the users while optimize space utilization to maximize it efficiency and potential holistically. The position will also assist the client in project management, maintenance coordination, vendor oversight and procurement in relation to re-stack and churn work.

A snapshot of the role

To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Project and churn services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment.

Support design deliverables to meet project requirements, budget and deadline

Space and capacity analysis and reporting

Facilitate project management for workplace renovation project, including documentation and coordination work throughout the entire project period. Conduct reports, records and controls for the projects.

Facilitate workplace renovation, re-stack churn move and maintenance coordination. Including planning, organizing, scheduling and managing vendor’s works

Manage contracts and vendor. Including bidding, negotiation and documentations for vendors and suppliers. Supervision and regular follow up the ensure punctual and satisfactory completion of works by vendors

Ability to work with the team members on value-engineering to maintain the design intent

Maintain the highest standards in delivery to client’s expectations

Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times

Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed

Assist in the implementation and management of property risk management program

Able to use of Auto CAD for layout and space planning is a plus

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

5 years of experience in commercial interiors particularly in workplace interiors.

Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma from an accredited school of design.

Proficiency in the use, Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.(Auto CAD will be a plus)

Proficient communication skills in English and Cantonese are essential.

You can adopt hands-on approach to problem solving

Have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace

A strong customer service focus and exceptional administration skills

You can think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease

Proactive attitude with good communication skills
