Role Introduction 

You will be working in our Consumer Experiences (CX) Market, where you will have the opportunity to design and deliver on various types of fast-moving retail and food & beverage projects that anticipate the needs and lifestyle shifts of evolving users.

Assembles and coordinates deliverablesOversees and mentors others in a production roleForecasts and prioritizes personal workload and workload of support staffKeeps projects focused in design deliverySeeks ways to improve quality and streamline effort of design + deliveryProjects budgeted hours on a task basisPerforms work within budgeted hoursActively works with manager to achieve scope requirements within budgetPerforms code research and applies code as directedCoordinates with project consultant team and jurisdictions in project deliveryParticipates in sustainable design process and management of project LEED requirementsTrains junior level staffProduces well-organized and well-coordinated workDevelops professional knowledge basePossess strong foundational skills in the basics of design, interior design, technical design, and managementMeets budgets and scheduleProduces work that demonstrates understanding of intentEnsures that support staff stays utilized and within assigned budget hours
Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, interior design or related fieldBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalentDemonstrated experience in assembling deliverablesDemonstrated experience in coordinating work of others (junior staff and consultants)Prior experience managing the work of othersAbility to define and develop project documentationIs licensed or certified or actively pursuing licensure or certification within fieldIs a LEED Green Associate or equivalentExhibits MG2 Practice Values of Integrated Approach, Design Excellence, Social Responsibility, Leadership, and Results.

National Salary Ranges: $81,000 - $109,000

If position is eligible for remote status, ranges may be adjusted. Acknowledging the time employees typically spend in the role, compensation is dependent on applicable years of experience and skillset.
