Job Title: Project Architect
Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Project Architect and engage in all project phases, from initial conceptual design to construction administration. You will perform design and technical tasks, coordinate with other design disciplines, and participate in team meetings to discuss design and technical issues. Your role involves preparing studies, reports, graphic presentations, and 3-D renderings, as well as modifying or creating construction documents. Attend on-site visits, field reviews, and construction progress meetings, and develop your understanding of project budget management.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Baltimore, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid - 1-2 days a week from home, depending on internal and client meetings. Travel required for surveys, mostly within the Mid-Atlantic region. This role involves interfacing with government and federal clients, requiring a professional demeanor and strong presentation skills.
