A full-service architectural firm located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!

Job Description:

Will be managing a team of 3-4 architectsWill attend client meetingsManage budgets, scopes of work, and timelines/schedulingCoordinate with consultants, owners, engineers, and municipal officials Manage projects from start to finish, schematic/conception through construction administrationWill oversee and assist as needed in production of construction documentsWill travel to local sites, some national if desired

Qualifications:

Must have Bachelors/Master's Degree in ArchitectureDegree must be accredited in the United StatesIdeally 10+ years of post-graduate, stateside experienceMust be fully proficient AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchupRevit is a plusLicensure not required but highly preferredMust be able to manage a team of junior architects and have prior experience doig soMust have experience within commercial/multifamily projectsMust be experienced in running with projects from start to finishAbout Actalent
