Project Architect

A global design firm, headquartered in Denver is looking to add Architects to their team! **Please note, this role will be located in Denver. For anyone in the Chicago area that is looking to relocate to that area, please see the job description below. Relocation assistance will be provided.**

Job Duties:

Depending on the level and the project assignment an individual may be required to:

Engage in all aspects and phases of medium to large sized projectsWork collaboratively and lead internal design teams, clients, vendors, and contractorsWork with project designers and managers to understand and execute project goalsApply sustainable design principlesDevelop design solutions and technical construction documentsSupervise the team's development of project deliverablesAbility and desire to mentor junior staffOrganize and lead meetings with consultants and clientsLead and present in client meetingsBuild relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and fabricatorsMay participate in marketing efforts and lead presentations to prospective clients

Qualifications:

Must be an architectural school graduate or equivalentMust be a Licensed Architect (in any state) or pursuing LicensureAviation project experience is preferred, but will also consider convention centers, courthouses, museums, or other large, complex projectsLEED AP BD+C and/or WELL AP credentials preferredProficiency in RevitAbout Actalent
